2. After Checkout is complete, send us a email and attach your order number, design are text. Send emails to info@kaydee.ie
3. Please ensure Your design is minimum 300dpi and PNG, SVG or JPG format
4. If you not sure, send us what Your file anyway and we will help You with your image.
5. Once design is verified, we will send you a mock-up first for Your approval.
6. Once approved, we will process Your order within 2-3 days and ship the in a timely fashion.
7. We will email You once shipped with the carrier (DHL) and track number.
